Gilbert Graham is the Director of Business Development for CraveTexas, an innovative enterprise software company located in Austin, Texas. With a background in both technology and marketing, Gilbert brings a unique blend of skills to the table.
Born and raised in the Lone Star State, Gilbert earned his degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. After graduating he took a position with Dell as their Technical Support Manager where he helped design customer service strategies and develop support programs. This experience provided him with invaluable knowledge that would serve him well throughout his career.
In 2013, Gilbert joined CraveTexas as their Business Development Director. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the company’s business growth including partner management, sales strategy execution, and customer relations. His team focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences through technology solutions such as cloud computing, analytics, mobile applications, and more.
Throughout his career at CraveTexas Gilbert has been instrumental in building relationships with customers by providing them with valuable insights into their business’s needs and challenges. He has also worked closely with partners to ensure optimal coordination between development teams and customers alike.
In addition to his work at CraveTexas Gilbert is also involved in several philanthropic initiatives within the community such as Habitat for Humanity and Feeding America. He believes strongly in giving back to those less fortunate than himself which is why he volunteers his time whenever possible.

Outside of his professional work, Gilbert also demonstrates his strong sense of community through his volunteer activities.
